Empowerment Hall
Conference Room
Empowerment Hall
A large indoor gathering space, that can be used for a variety of events. At a capacity of 100 it has plenty of space for medium sized gatherings and events.
Conference Room
A private meeting space, perfect for important meetings without interuption. At a capacity of 8 it is built for dialogue and presentations as a place where decisions are made.
How to Rent space at BEWC for your event?
If your organization would like to rent either the Empowerment Hall or the Conference Room at the center. This is where to start!

Read Rental Rates, Rental Agreement, and Community Policy

Fill out and turn in on paper or online the Meetings and Events Request Form at least 30 days prior to event

BEWC staff will reach out and approve the event within 10 business days

Provide documentation as outlined in rental agreeement at least 15 days prior to event

Optional. If you want us to publicise event send relevent flyers or info at least 10 days prior

Come ready for event on event day!
Important Documents
Once fillled out, All completed forms must be emailed to info@bethelempowermentcenter.com. Starting with the Request Form to express intrest and recieve further instruction on the rental process. (If you revieve no response within two business days please email us again)
