What do we do?
The BVRI is a program funded by the state and city to reduce vacant homes in baltimore. BEWC has been tasked to renavate vacant properties in the community, then to help community growth by putting homeowners in the newly renevated properties.

Our Commitment
At BEWC, we homeowners are the heart of the community. We want to bring more homeowners into the community, to create more active and vibrant community, by making homeownership more attainable.

Investing in Homes. Building Hope. Transforming Upton & Marble Hill.
A Complete Homeownership Partner
Unlike firms that simply write proposals, BEWC provides end-to-end technical assistance throughout the entire funding lifecycle.
